We are seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Business Systems Analyst to lead and support the data migration and modernization of legacy healthcare systems to a new cloud-based (SaaS) EHR platform. .

• This role will work closely with IT, clinical, and operations stakeholders across state-supported living centers to ensure a smooth and compliant transition of healthcare data, processes, and workflows. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in data migration, database management, workflow analysis, and EHR systems.

• Develop comprehensive migration plans including data assessment, cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure compatibility and accuracy. Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and document all phases of the migration process. Maintain transparent communication throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 2. Compliance and Data Validation (10%) Ensure system design and migration processes comply with HCL Healthcare and HHSC standards. Establish validation and auditing mechanisms to maintain data integrity post-migration.

• Must have: 10+ Yrs of Exp – Sr BSA (Business/Systems Analysts) 5 Yrs of Exp – Data Warehouse, SQL, Data Profiling 5 Yrs of Exp – Mapping Document to be used by Dev and QA team (Detailed level required. Provide Joins, Filters and Ranking (if required) to get UNIQUE records) 6 Yrs of Exp - RDBMS concepts, draft version of Data Model 6 Yrs of Exp - Perform UAT / Business Checkout using SQL Scripts 5 Yrs Of Exp - Target Mapping, Gap Analysis / Data Profiling, Functional Specifications working with Business
• Knowledge of the Elastic stack including logstash, metribeat/filebeat is a plus

Relevant Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent degree
